The Empower Ministers Retreat is a two-day (Friday-Saturday) retreat where we get to explore the gifts of the Holy Spirit and how they can be used powerfully in our lives and the church!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
If you have attended a Set Free! Retreat and our Hearing God course, we invite you to join us at the next Empower!
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost is $50 per person. Included in the cost are Friday’s dinner and Saturday’s lunch as well as a wide variety of snacks and beverages, and the retreat materials. Payment is due upon registration.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring your Bible, a notebook, and a pen. Above all, bring a heart that is willing to be ministered to by the Lord Himself!
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEKEND?
Check-in is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm, Friday evening. We begin with dinner at 5:30pm and the first session begins at 6:15pm. After the sessions on Friday, participants go home for the night and return for the first Saturday session at 8:30am (breakfast not included). Empower runs until late Saturday afternoon. Please plan to attend the entire retreat.
WHERE IS THE RETREAT HELD?
Held on-site at Parkside Church.
WHAT TAKES PLACE?
Pastor Clint Nelson will lead us in a number of sessions that include worship, teaching and practice labs.
