ABOUT US

We're meeting on Sundays at 10:00am. About 350 folks call Parkside home. We are a part of the Foursquare Church of Canada (evangelical-pentecostal). We believe that man was created in the image of God, but by voluntary disobedience fell from perfection (Romans 5:12, 19). We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, signing the pardon of all who believe in Him (John 3:16; Romans 5:8). We believe that we have no righteousness and must come to God pleading the righteousness of Christ (Ephesians 2:8, 9). We believe that upon sincere repentance, and a whole-hearted acceptance [...]

JANUARY 2017 UPDATE

Happy New Year! It's -3 outside, but warm in our building and filled with VCS high schoolers back from Christmas break. I have the man-cold, but would rather be working than laying around. Thank you to the wonderful people who served our community on Christmas Day. Ron R. & Vaughan W. ministered to seniors at TRIM. The games night will be on Saturday, January 21st. More details and online registration available at www.parksidechurch.ca/games. Thank you to Catherine D., Tony & Alison O., and Isaac & Brittney D., for hosting and leading our [...]

WE DO CHAOS. DIFFERENTLY.

Rev. 7:1-17 / An interlude between Rev. 6 & 8 offers perspective to the weary traveller on the road called faith. As we follow Christ, we will have opposition and even persecution. A life of faith is like swimming up stream and can get tiring. Rev. 7 says don't forget, you are sealed and destined for Heaven. Listen to learn more about what it means to be sealed and have our hope in Heaven.
