Start each morning by meeting with Jesus through His Word in the Spirit! We recommend either continuing on in your regular devotional plan OR read the Scriptures from each day in the “21 Days  of Prayer and Fasting” with a journal what questions, impressions, convections, etc. you have from the text. Let God speak to you through His Word and write down your response (i.e. confession, change of behaviour, praise, rewiring your brain, a reality to enjoy, etc.).

Instead of eating lunch, go without. Use the time you’d normally spend preparing and eating your lunch to pray. Use the “Personal Prayer Points” (see second page of PDF) in what to pray for OR you can use the “Reflect & Pray” section of the “21 Days of Prayer & Fasting” booklet. For some, fasting food, is not possible. In that case, consider giving up something else (i.e. coffee, social media, tv, etc.). Stretch yourself, but only to the degree you sense God asking you!

Go through the “21 Days of Prayer & Fasting” booklet (PDF)) each day with your household either at the dinner table or after. Their is a doodle cover version (separate document) for families with kids. Each kid or tween can have their own. Whatever one works best for you and your household is ok! Go through each day’s guide (note: there is a family moment section that requires a bit of forethought and time to prepare and implement).

• INVITE SOMEONE TO PRAY: Take a leap of faith and invite a couple others to join with you for a time of prayer at a time and location that works for you!

• SUNDAYS AT 9:40AM: It’s a short time before the service, but we get to pray for our gathering and whatever else the Lord puts on our heart.

• SUNDAYS AT 6:30PM: Join host Val Pankratz as this group prays for whatever is in our hearts or is requested.

• TUESDAYS AT 9:00AM: Join host Carolyn Nelson as this group prays for our schools and children.

• INTER-CHURCH WORSHIP & PRAYER – FRIDAY, JANUARY 13 AT 7:00PM: An evening of extended worship and prayer alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ from North Valley and Mission Alliance.

• LAST SUNDAY WORSHIP NIGHT – SUNDAY, JANUARY 29 AT 6:30PM: Join host Seyong Kim for an evening of extended worship and opportunity to seek God!

• CHURCH PLANT PRAYER WALK – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 7:00AM: Join host Clint Nelson at Silverdale Elementary for a prayer walk in the area as we prepare our hearts and the spiritual soil for the seeds of the Gospel to be planted in West Mission.
